The Town of Frisco is seeking proposals from qualified firms for consulting to provide consulting services for design and completion of construction documents for the Granite Street Final Design phase of the Downtown Complete Streets Plan. The project will include design of roadway, streetscape, utility, storm sewer. lighting, pedestrian, landscaping, and other improvements to Granite Street in the Town of Frisco. Preliminary design plans (30% submittal) have already been completed.
