The Town of Gypsum (Town) is seeking proposals to provide general contracting and construction services for renovation of the main lobby of the Town of Gypsum Tall Hall. The scope of the renovation includes:

Completion of building, electric and mechanical permits
Construction of 2 new office spaces including finishes.
Reflooring the main lobby area (tile area, carpet behind the counter and in 3 of 4 of the existing offices)
Addition of a privacy wall behind the main counter

Associated lighting, electrical, and mechanical work

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals shall be 5 pages or less (double sided) on 8½" x 11" sheets. Title page, cover letter, project experience and personnel resumes are not included in the page count. Use of 11" x 17" sheets are counted as two pages.

Submit one electronic version of the proposal and quote in PDF format via email. Alternatively, proposals may be submitted via PDF on flash drive by mail or delivery to the physical location no later than the closing date listed above.

Proposals shall include the quoted price as well as information regarding the company, including past project experience with the Town. A detailed scope of work, and final cost will be negotiated with the successful firm.

The quoted price shall include itemized work tasks and items along with a total price.

Additional items may be included as optional scope in the quote beyond the price listed above, as may benefit the project.
