Additional Bidding Instructions

Quotes shall be 5 pages or less (double sided) on 8½" x 11" sheets. Title page, cover letter, project experience and personnel resumes are not included in the page count. Use of 11" x 17" sheets are counted as two pages.

Submit one electronic version of the quote in PDF format via email. The quote should also include some background information on the firm and any local projects of a similar nature.

Proposals shall include the quoted price as well as information regarding the company, including past project experience in the town.

Additional items may be included as optional scope in the quote beyond the price listed above, as may benefit the project.
