A MANDATORY PRESUBMITTAL CONFERENCE and SITE VISIT will be held on Friday, September 8th, 2017 at 9:00 AM. All interested contractors should meet at the Monument Town Hall Board Room (645 Beacon Lite Road). A walk-through of the site and identification of the items listed in the scope of work attached to this document will be conducted by Town Staff. Only firms attending this conference will be considered for the award of this work.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals will be received by the Town of Monument’s Director of Public Works, 645 Beacon Lite Road, 2nd Floor, Monument, CO 80132 until September 15th, 2017 at 2:00 PM, at which time they will be opened.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, to total Five (5%) percent of the amount of the bidder’s bid proposal, without conditions, payable to the TOWN OF MONUMENT. Proposal Guaranties consisting of bid bonds will be retained by the Town until the contract is awarded, provided the time from bid opening to contract award does not exceed ninety (90) days.
No oral representations or interpretations will be made to any Bidder as to the meaning of the contract documents. Requests for an interpretation shall be made in writing and delivered to the Town’s Director of Public Works ttharnish@tomgov.org at least three (3) days before the time announced for opening the proposals.
