Description

The Town of Monument requests proposals from qualified, experienced professional engineering and planning firms, as detailed in this Request for Proposal (RFP), for design on Jackson Creek Parkway Widening from Higby Road to State Highway 105. Project deliverables will need to consider the roadway cross-section developed for Jackson Creek Parkway south of Higby Road as a model for design as well as access to the existing and future land development adjacent to both sides of the road. This design will further develop roadway geometry that addresses functionality, slope stability, drainage, and the requirements for utilizing Federal Funding to design and construct the project.
