DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Construction of an approximately 2,700 square feet pre-engineered metal
building (PEMB) to expand the existing Water Treatment Plant (WTP) 3/9 building and adjacent WTP 8
building, located at 225 Beacon Lite Road, Monument, Colorado, 80132. This bid is to select the PEMB
supplier to furnish and erect the metal building portion of the project. A general contractor for the overall
WTP 3/9 Modifications project will be selected through a separate upcoming bid process.
BID SUBMITTAL: Bids will be received by the ENGINEER on behalf of the Town of Monument. Bids
shall be submitted to the ENGINEER, Forsgren Associates Inc. in electronic format by April 13, 2021 by
no later than 2:00 pm (local time). Proposals shall be submitted in electronic portable document file
