The Work related to this project is to complete the last phase (Phase IIC) of the multi-phased Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) improvements plan. Work consists of installing baffle curtains, an insulated modular floating cover, a new diffused aeration system, a headworks effluent pump, a dechlorination tablet feeder in the existing chlorine contact basin, and improvements to the existing maintenance building. Improvements also include installing a blower supply pipe, a blower manifold pipe, appurtenances, testing, surface restoration, and blower equipment/controls.

The Work is located entirely within the existing wastewater treatment plant site located 1-mile west of the Town of Nucla.
