Description

This project consists of saw cutting and removing concrete sidewalk or other material, preparing, and compacting base, installing concrete ADA ramp with truncated domes, new concrete sidewalk, and other miscellaneous work. Funding is provided through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. Federal and State Laws govern the wages and working conditions for laborers and mechanics employed under construction contracts funded with CDBG funds.

The Work will be substantially completed within 21 consecutive calendar days after the Notice to Proceed and complete and ready for final payment within 7 consecutive calendar days past substantial completion.
