1. Open Space and Trails
The Town plans to contract for Noxious Weed Management Services on approximately 6 acres of Open Space and 4,435,200 Square Feet/ approximately 101 acres of trail (42 miles of trail 20 ft. corridor) throughout the Town of Snowmass Village (TOSV). This Request for Proposal is for Weed Management Services only. The Town is requiring three treatments, two weeks in duration. Due to our Wildlife Closures (12/1-5/16 and 4/25-6/21), the first treatment may be two non-continuous weeks. TOSV requires each location to be billed separately, but entered on one invoice. Invoices will be paid at amount bided and no more unless change order is agreed to by both parties.
2. Roadway Right of Ways
The Town plans to contract for Noxious Weed Management Services on approximately 20 miles throughout the Town of Snowmass Village (TOSV). Roadway application is to be applied 30’ off of pavement. This Request for Proposal is for Weed Management Services only. The Town is requiring two treatments in these areas, two weeks in duration. TOSV requires each location to be billed separately, but entered on one invoice. Invoices will be paid at amount bided and no more unless change order is agreed to by both parties.
