The Town of Snowmass Village (TOSV), Colorado desires to obtain a qualified consultant, or team of consultants, to facilitate and create conceptual design plans for the Snowmass Village’s Town Park/Entryway Completion. This Request for Proposals (RFP) will be advertised and forwarded to select firms who have been involved with or expressed interest in these similar projects in the past. Interested firms should submit a detailed scope of work, summary of their qualifications, resumes of key personnel assigned to this project, and an overview of related experiences by 4:00 pm on Friday, May 20, 2019.
The funding for this conceptual design is set at a maximum of $30,000.
The project will be managed primarily by the Parks, Recreation & Trails Department, with assistance from various Town departments. All communications from interested parties during the proposal submittal process shall be made to Andy Worline at aworline@tosv.com, or 970-922-2245.
Selected firms will be notified in May if they are to be interviewed. Selected firms should bring the key personnel that will be assigned and committed to working with the Town of Snowmass Village staff on the project. The Town anticipates awarding the contract in June, with the Plan update beginning June 2019, and completed no later than November 30, 2019.
