As this RFP is being issued during the pandemic, responding participants are required to provide one (1) hard copy to the mailing address for archival and State of Colorado record keeping purposes AND one (1) electronic copy to the Purchasing Agent's email address at john.chaplain@unco.edu. The bid deadlines apply to both the hard and electronic copies. Late respondents may not be considered.
