The University of Wyoming is requesting bids from suppliers for the purchase of glass-top flat file cabinets. The department has identified the Spacesaver archival museum cabinet model 424, to be used in the Lang Print Study Room, per the drawing provided herein. Any equipment purchased as a result of this IFB shall be delivered to the following address and unloaded by the supplier onto the loading dock located at: University of Wyoming Art Museum, Centennial Complex, 2111 Willett Dr., Laramie, WY. The University will provide full placement and installation of purchased equipment.

The University of Wyoming will only accept and consider electronically submitted bids from suppliers, which must be submitted and received in the www.bidnetdirect.com electronic solicitation portal on or before 2:00 p.m. MST on December 9th, 2024, at which time the submission portal will close and no further submissions be allowed or considered. It is the sole responsibility of the supplier to see that the response to the IFB is submitted through the BidNet portal by the submission deadline.
