JRB-2025-02 - Training and Development Services

The University of Wyoming is seeking proposals for an expansive and fully comprehensive training program, platform, or service from qualified and experienced training and development Suppliers to create and deliver a variety of trainings for students, faculty, and staff in higher education as described herein. The training materials must comply with all federal, state, and University rules, regulations, and policies, including but not limited to those established by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA), the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), the Drug Free School Zone Act, and the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). Additionally, the materials should emphasize skill development for employees in higher education institutions and align with the University’s strategic initiatives and mission.
