Additional Bidding Instructions

1) Email. Due to COVID-19, emailed bids are required. Submittals may be emailed to
bids@weldgov.com; however, if your submittal exceeds 25MB please upload it to
https://www.bidnetdirect.com. The maximum file size to upload to BidNet is 500 MB.

2) PDF format is required. Emailed submittals must include the following statement on the email:
“I hereby waive my right to a sealed bid”. An email confirmation will be sent when we receive
your bid/qualification/proposal. Please call Purchasing at 970-400-4222 or 4223 with any
questions.

3) Limit the total length of your submittal to a maximum of 15 pages. Report covers, one-page cover letters, dividers without pictures or text, and the verification of receipt of addenda will not be considered as part of the 15 pages allowed.
