Weld County is requesting a software solution for approximately 50 users for our Environmental Health Services to assist in managing Program Groups (Food, Child Care, Schools, Body Art, and Ambulances). This includes tasks such as tracking, permitting, inspections, invoicing, payments, and reporting. We are in search of a packaged solution that will allow for resulting inspections in the field, allow for the posting of restaurant inspections on the Internet and to groups such as Yelp, and allow for tracking of employee information (e.g., user roles and time). Weld County desires a solution that allows for some customization (e.g., creating custom fields, custom forms, custom reports, and the ability to make system changes as regulations change). In addition, Weld County would like to track facility information for Vectors and Household Hazardous Waste within the software solution.
