B2000131 - Software to Track Red Lining of Documents in Accela

Weld County is requesting a software solution to assist in containing and tracking “red lining” within our existing Accela environment. For the purpose of this proposal, red lining can be described as making corrections and comments on maps and plats by Weld County staff, to be sent to applicants and their representatives including surveyors and engineers for revision.  We are in search of a packaged solution (COTS) that will include implementation of the software, support/professional services (including travel for 1-2 people and on-site training), plus maintenance.
