2023.610.4041 - CMMS Software

The Widefield Water and Sanitation District (the District) is requesting proposals from qualified, competent
and experienced vendors to provide Computerized Maintenance Management System (“CMMS”) software
and implementation services as set forth in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), and in compliance with all
applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. Vendors submitting proposals must be prepared to
enter into a service agreement (“Agreement”) for the provision of software, services, and duties as set
forth in this RFP. The District desires to purchase both software licenses and implementation services as
part of this RFP.
