A description of the work to be performed generally includes the construction of a new potable water
transmission pipeline installed along Jersey Dr. The transmission line consists of approximately 2,400 LF of 24” PVC water main including all valves, hydrants, fittings, piping, trenching, dewatering, backfilling, compacting, asphalt replacement, testing and cleanup. The project is located south of Colorado Springs in the community of Widefield, El Paso County, CO. Basis of award will be the lowest responsive and responsible Bid as determined by OWNER.
