Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The City has evaluated the lot which is being sold with the possibility of personal or residential utilization. The lot offers a canvas of innovative usage. 2. Our bid does not propose a purchase price for the vacant lot. This offer reflects the City of West Haven’s requirement for the value of the properties and our commitment to a fair and equitable transaction. 3. If the bidder chooses to bid on the vacant lot, for the parcel of land located at 151 Greta Street with the lot size approximately 0.25 acres as shown on the attachments. 4. The City of West Haven’s bid is contingent upon the following terms and conditions: a. The City of West Haven will provide clear and marketable title to the vacant lots free from any liens or encumbrances, at the time of closing. b. The city will request a reasonable period for conducting due diligence, including environmental assessments, and zoning reviews, to ensure the feasibility of personal or residential plans. c. The closing of the transaction will be subject to the approval of necessary permits and entitlement for the proposed use. d. Any outstanding taxes or assessments associated with the vacant lot will be settled by the City of West Haven prior to the closing.
