Specifications include, but are not limited to: The 2024 Summer Concert Series Dates include: May 28, 2024, and June 4, 11, 18, 25, 2024, and July 2, 9, 16, 23, 30, 2024, and August 6, 13, 20, 27, 2024 and September 3, 2024. As stated above, there are a total of 15 Summer Concerts that will require sound systems. Summer Concert Series Location(s): North Haven Town Green at 19 Church Street, North Haven Connecticut and in case of inclement weather, the Summer Concerts will be moved indoors to the North Haven High School located at 221 Elm Street, North Haven, Connecticut and/or the North Haven Middle School located at 55 Bailey Road, North Haven, Connecticut. Each Summer Concert shall begin promptly at 7:00 PM and conclude at approximately 9:00 PM. Concerts have been scheduled for Tuesday evenings. For each Summer Concert, the specified Sound System shall be set up and tested for sound check no later than 5:00 PM on the evening of the specified concert date. In the cases where the Summer Concert is moved indoors due to inclement weather, the Sound System must be broken down no later than 11 P.M. at either the North Haven High School and/or the North Haven Middle School.
