Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Towns of Wethersfield and Rocky Hill seek proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a corridor study along a 4.1-mile segment of the Silas Deane Highway (SDH), also known as State Route 99, located in Wethersfield and a portion of Rocky Hill. The limits of the study will extend south from the town boundary between Wethersfield and Hartford to Parsonage Street in Rocky Hill. In general, the study will include an assessment of current and future conditions along with identification and analysis of proposed transportation improvements that will increase safety for multimodal travelers with ranging abilities, regional connectivity, and aesthetic appeal within this segment of the corridor.
