The Board of Regents for Higher Education (“BOR”), on behalf of CT State Community College - Norwalk, is soliciting proposals from individuals or organizations qualified to license and post curricula, resources and products developed as part of the Connecticut Healthcare Industry Pathways Project (“CT-SHIP”), a $3.4 million Strengthening Community Colleges grant from the United States Department of Labor in accordance with federal grant requirements. Specifically, the successful bidder will ensure that all new intellectual property, including curriculum, videos, materials and digital content developed or modified using grant funds be openly licensed through Creative Commons 4.0 and posted to CT State’s website. Any award(s) and contract(s) arising from this RFP may be extended to other constituent units of higher education, for similar services to be provided for other grants, if mutually agreed upon by both parties.
