Specifications include, but are not limited to: There is an ongoing need for vendor services to provide a full range of marketing and communication services to further the goals of CTrides to reduce solo driving and increase the use of green travel modes such as transit, carpools, vanpools, biking, walking and telecommuting in order to improve air quality, reduce congestion and help Connecticut meet its emissions and vehicle miles traveled (VMT) goals. The successful vendor will have a proven track record of achieving behavior modification. CTrides provides information and individualized support through various programs to encourage commuters and other travelers to help reduce emissions by using green travel modes such as bus, rail, carpools, vanpools, biking, walking, and telecommuting. It carries out its mission through an extensive Outreach program to employers, employees and key stakeholders, a comprehensive Marketing and Communications program, and through its Customer Service Call Center. The Marketing and Communications program is responsible for developing, conducting, and managing a wide variety of activities. a. Strategic Brand Analysis b. Creative Development – marketing campaigns and collateral development, which includes original concepts rooted in the new brand strategy, timely edits, and production to the final product. c. Social Media - assist with the development of a complementary social media strategy to support its behavior change activities and messages d. Copywriting - support CTrides marketing with strong and creative copywriting and content development for collateral, websites, media assets, and email communications e. Graphic Design - strong creative and technical design skills that can be leveraged to expand on the new look and feel of the CTrides program.
