The items of work shall include cutting and trimming of all grass areas as shown on the attached site map. All litter and trash in the grassed areas shall be collected and placed in an on-site dumpster furnished by the Owner. All walks, roads and parking areas shall be left free of any grass clippings. 2. The contractor shall provide all material and equipment including but not limited to mowers, trimmers, blowers, hand tools and fuels necessary to complete the work. 3. The Owner shall notify the contractor to provide the first cut of the season. Subsequent cuttings shall be scheduled and completed every two weeks after the first cutting. Each cutting shall be completed in no more than two consecutive workdays, weather permitting. The MHA reserves the right to request more or fewer cuts before, during or after the specified contract period to maintain an appropriate lawn height. 4. These requirements have been prepared to provide a complete job in every aspect. Any work not specifically mentioned but incidental to the completion of any part of the work shall be considered as part of the contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials necessary for the above-described services for all paved surfaces within the contract limit lines shown on the attached property maps. 5. Spring Cleanup- clean up branches, leaves and debris 6. Fall Cleanup- clean falling leaves and debris, trim dead branches, ongoing until leaves are done falling. 7. Traverse Square Center Island Mulching Spring and Fall- spring time done during spring cleanup. Mulch color to be approved by the MHA Maintenance foreman prior to being spread. 8. Moderate Rental exterior debris cleanup- general clean up, weed removal, and weed trimming around the apartment unit to remove branches, leaves and debris. 9. Moderate Rental Tree and brush trimming- trim back bushes, shrubs and trees from around the apartment unit.
