The complete reappraisal and revaluation of all taxable and exempt Real Property within the corporate limits of the TOWN OF DURHAM, CONNECTICUT. The successful PROPOSER who executes the contract with the TOWN shall furnish all specified labor, materials, supplies, forms, and perform all work for the PROJECT in accordance with these CONTRACT SPECIFICATIONS. All work will be carried out and all forms, materials, supplies and systems utilized in this PROJECT, shall conform to and be carried out in accordance with the rulings of the Secretary of Office of Policy and Management, pertinent ordinances and agreements of the TOWN, pertinent state statutes and pertinent decisions of several courts. The revaluation will be performed under the direct supervision and approval of the ASSESSOR of the TOWN OF DURHAM, CONNECTICUT.
