The Town is seeking a Tenant to provide a sailing school instructional program to serve the Westport community. A community sailing program has been an important service based at Longshore Club Park for over two decades. The school should provide instructional opportunities from beginner to advanced levels and should have programs targeted for both youth and adults. In addition, the Tenantshould provide rental boat opportunities at Longshore Club Park. The Town provides a location at Longshore Club Park for the school/rental to operate. The Tenant will be responsible to provide onsite instruction, supervision, organization of the sailing school and its programs, provide and maintain all appropriate equipment, accept and process registration and payments for all participants, be in regular communication with the Parks & Recreation Director or designee, and comply with all other requirements of this RFP and the Lease Agreement.
