Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected contractor for this RFP (the “Contractor”) shall furnish winter maintenance vehicles including all tools, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals necessary. Contractor pricing shall include all administrative efforts, office expense, vehicle mileage charges, and other business expenses necessary to provide the Required Services. The Town will compensate the Contractor for Required Services on a monthly basis. The monthly charge shall be calculated from the Contractor’s bid prices proposed by the Contractor in their Unit Price Proposal. The Town will not pay for vehicle travel time to and/or from the Contractor’s office, garage or other location and will pay solely for actual time on location and providing services. There will be no Town payment made for time out for meals or for the cost of meals. All rates shall include equipment, operator fuel and insurance costs.
