1. Data Collection and Analysis Services, which may include: A. Waste audits for facilities owned and/or operated by Client Agencies to provide data adequate to accurately quantify and categorize materials in the waste stream. B. Collection and analysis of materials management data at the request of Client Agencies, including but not limited to, the following purposes: a. calculations of waste volumes generated or disposed; b. recycling volumes collected and marketed; c. aggregation and transportation of solid waste and recyclable materials; d. the delivery to processing facilities of such waste and materials; or e. siting of infrastructure. C. Waste characterization, including but not limited to, MSW streams, various recycling streams, such as designated recyclables for single stream, organics streams and reuse, construction and demolition waste streams. D. Economic enhancements, including but not limited to, jobs and/or workforce economic development research and analysis including Recycling Economic Information studies. 2. Program Planning, Design and Implementation Services, which may include: A. Broad-based sustainable materials management and/or zero (0) waste policy and planning to assist Client Agency with developing an actionable blueprint for reducing waste, reusing materials and recycling consistent with the CMMS. B. Food waste prevention, diversion planning and technical assistance to assist entities with the development and implementation of a program consistent with the United States Environmental Protection Agency Food Recovery Hierarchy.
