The Town of Roxbury has issued a Request for Proposal for the removal of current asphalt shingled roof, replacement of damaged wood and flashing, ice and water shield, replacement of drip edges, vent pipe boots, and ridge vents, and replace with new asphalt shingles at the required site restoration. The roof is located at the Town of Roxbury, Minor Memorial Library, 23 South St., Roxbury, CT 06783. The selected Contractor will need to submit and cover fees for any required permits to complete the work. The selected Contractor will work with the Selectman’s Office, Public Works Employees, and the Fire Marshalls of the Town of Roxbury, Connecticut Building Departments. The contractor shall be responsible to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and coordination with all officials.
