Specifications include, but are not limited to: Minimum requirements: Consultation and planning ● The district expects to have available resources outlined to them and a timeline developed for the entire project. Website design and hosting ● The district expects to choose designs from available options and to be involved in the overall design of the website, app and other applications. ● Includes all components necessary for design and hosting. ● Sufficient bandwidth and data transfer. ● Sufficient data storage (at least 5GB direct storage) ● ADA compliance and review Content management system ● Includes an intuitive publishing platform for making changes/updates to the site and feeds. Mobile app ● Includes app development for iOS and Android apps. ● Mobile app should not just be a collection of links to the website, but also include native functionality. ● The district expects to be involved in the Apple/Google developer process for submitting the app to the respective digital storefronts. Content migration ● Includes existing content migration. Admin accounts for staff ● The district expects to have enough accounts for all administrative users who will be working with the website. Feeds and social media integration ● Ability to post to feeds that go to the website, app, push notifications and social media. ● Twitter integration. Staff directory ● Module to display staff at all locations with photo, web/social link, extension, department, position, etc. Testing and Quality Assurance ● The district expects the service provider to test the apps and website to ensure everything is running smoothly. Training ● Includes all necessary training and documentation
