Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vendor will operate utilizing a cash register that is auditable, and able to accept payment utilizing credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. New Castle County reserves the right to request sales information from the operation of the Café. It will be the responsibility of the Vendor who shall ensure a neat, clean, healthy facility and orderly operation at all times, and shall be solely responsible for the necessary daily housekeeping services in the food service areas assigned to the vendor. Facility inspections shall be made by the County when deemed necessary, with or without advance notice to the vendor. The Vendor will be responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and displaying all required certifications and licenses as required by both the County and the State as needed in any fully functioning full-service restaurant.
