A. OVERVIEW The Vendor(s) shall provide all equipment, materials and labor to supplement the State of Delaware’s need for as described in this Request for Proposals. The contract will require the Vendor(s) to cooperate with the ordering agency to ensure the State receives the most current state-of-the-art material and/or services. B. BACKGROUND Law Enforcement Agencies throughout the State of Delaware have acquired made-to-measure custom uniforms for their officers to ensure they can perform their required duties without obstructions from ill-fitting apparel. The market research indicates that made-to-measure uniform services are no longer available. Therefore, the law enforcement agencies throughout Delaware must find a solution that is equivalent to the custom uniform compliment they currently possess with alteration services for a custom fit.
