Awardees will be prioritized based on professional learning programming that aligns with the following elements: • Professional learning initiatives focused on improving school climate and building a culture of respect and learning that prioritizes improving student outcomes • Professional learning initiatives aligned to needs identified through informal and formal data sources (i.e., school-wide equity plan, school-wide improvement plan, student/educator surveys) • Professional learning initiatives with outcome-based data collection to drive future decision-making for improved student outcomes and positive school culture • Professional learning initiatives that engaged the school community (i.e., educators, students, families) in the process of identifying areas of need and professional learning proposal
