1.0 PURPOSE. The 42nd Contracting squadron at Maxwell AFB AL, is looking for preliminary market research to enable planing for a two day event, from 31 Oct -1 Nov 2024, in the National Capitol Region, targeted to bring US Space Force education leaders together with space-related private industry and civilian academic institutions who would present overviews of current initiatives and programs that would be pertinent to Guardians’ education to include specific course offerings that are not currently in the existing Space forces curriculum.
2.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The following items are required for performance under this contract. Event venue space in the National Capital Region that will allow over 350 attendees, with suitable large meeting spaces and breakout rooms one-on-gov sessions, to include full audiovisual and information technology support.
