• The selected vendor shall be ready to respond promptly to ODR’s requests to provide ASL interpreters and/or deaf interpreters on a moment’s notice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week when on standby. The stand by notice will be given to the vendor by ODR at least 24 hours in advance. Requests will come in the form of an email and/or call or text. • The vendor shall designate a point of contact (POC) and a backup POC who is responsible for responding to ODR’s requests and dispatch interpreters without any delay, including requests for emergency situations that give less than an hour notice. • Vendor’s POC shall provide ODR with interpreters’ names and contact information to allow ODR to arrange access to the events/meetings for the interpreters. • The interpreters shall report in person to the site where events or meetings happen due to emergency situations within 45 – 60 minutes of ODR’s requests. • Interpreters are responsible for their own transportation and parking.
