INVITATION TO TENDER
The Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan represented by Ministry of Water and
Irrigation/ Water Authority of Jordan supported by the United Stated Agency for International
Development (The Government of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan represented by Ministry of
Water and Irrigation/ Water Authority of Jordan supported by the United Stated Agency for
International Development (USAID) is releasing a tender for the “Design of Strategy, GRC and
Security Frameworks and Digital Transformation of SCADA for Water Sector in Jordan” in
preparation for the implementation of the National SCADA Project.
The Water Authority of Jordan / WAJ (hereinafter called “The Employer”), invites sealed bids from
eligible bidders for “Design of Strategy, GRC and Security Frameworks and Digital Transformation
of SCADA for Water Sector in Jordan” (hereinafter called "Project") and as detailed below:
This Bid is open to international, and local Jordanian Consulting, Engineering and/or specialized
firms hereinafter called “The Consultant” or in association with specialized firm in design and
SCADA Engineering (in Joint Venture or Sub-consultants) as detailed in the attachemnt.
