Specifications include, but are not limited to: The District of Columbia Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Office of Contracts, on behalf of Office of the Office of Lottery and Gaming (OLG) (the “District”) is seeking a Contractor to design, develop and implement an electronic claims processing (ECP) system. This system shall allow for the electronic processing of claims documentation (primary identification, social security card, claim form, winning ticket). The system shall be expandable to allow for implementation for up to twenty (20) locations throughout the District. The District currently uses a scanner to scan identifications and claim information for winners who come to the Prize Center. This system is currently thirteen (13) years old. The District requires a cloud-based system that will store the information. The system shall store the scanned information and be searchable by name and or social security number. The objective of the Retailer Plus Program is to provide convenience and a better customer experience for our players.
