In 2024, the Library opened a new 3,700-square-foot “Treasures Gallery” that enables the Library to share the collections that belong to the American people and that deepens the connections visitors will make with theme. This gallery includes permanent casework to enable rotating themes that showcase the Library’s ‘treasures,’ broadly defined. The Library seeks an experienced exhibit design firm to design the Library’s next showcase theme within this gallery, Founding Phrases, which explores the legacy of the Declaration of Independence in honor of the semi-quincentennial of the Declaration. The Library is a federal partner for the America250 Commission.
The work to be performed under this contract shall include design of the case layouts and all related graphic design and promotion for the Founding Phrases Exhibition. The Contractor shall provide expert quality, creative design services for the Library for the upcoming exhibition, Founding Phrases.

Amendment 0002 11/19/2024

Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) - Additional Information
Offerors that submitted proposals and are not changing the projects provided for the Corporate Experience and Past Performance sections of the solicitation do not need to complete the revised PPQ. However, offerors that are changing the projects provided/providing new projects and/or have not submitted PPQs for the projects listed for the Corporate Experience and Past Performance sections in their proposals must complete the revised PPQ (Attachment J-3 - Revised 11/19/24) as stated in the solicitation.
