Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Enter into occupancy agreement with the District to maintain a property owned by the District in the capacity of occupant, for the duration of the Contract period.; 2. Manage all subcontractors including oversight, management and reimbursement of services. This includes overseeing that all services delivered by subcontractors are meeting the requirement of the contract and all applicable licensing standards.; 3. Provide high-quality services that are culturally competent, timely, and appropriate to the needs of consumers and comply with all applicable District and Federal laws, licensing, and certification standards.; 4. Provide custodial services to ensure a safe and clean environment for the operation of the DCSSC.; 5. Be responsible for program revenue management and fiscal operations that support the ability to secure braided funding sources which may include, but not are not limited to: Medicaid, commercial insurance, private funding, and other District or Federal sources.; 6. Maintain advanced revenue cycle management capabilities, sufficient cash reserves, and the ability to perform all necessary billing, coding, and revenue management to ensure the sustainability of services at the facility.; 7. Serve as the lead entity for the DCSSC. This includes meeting all required reporting and monitoring requirements, continuous quality improvement.; 8. Operate as a “good neighbor” and work with the local communities, Advisory Neighborhood Commissions, civic associations, and other community entities to resolve issues in good faith, where possible.; i. This work includes at a minimum having representation present quarterly at community meetings (i.e.: Advisory Neighborhood Commissions, advisory group meetings, LIVE.LONG.DC. committees, and similar groups) when applicable and appropriate.; 9. Share clear and concise quantitative and qualitative data with the District; deliver weekly, quarterly, and annual reports as required in section C.; 10. Comply with all DBH policies and guidance to promote equitable and safe access to services within the DBH network
