The Office of Contracting and Procurement on the behalf of the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is seeking a qualified contractor with the necessary labor, technical and financial resources to acquire and deliver Dell Brand peripheral goods to meet the MPD’s current and future stock level requirements. The contractor shall deliver 200 Dell Wired Keyboard/Mouse peripheral equipment (Model no. KM300C) C.1 Contractor shall have the necessary resources to place orders with the MPD contract administrator within two business days of receipt. C.2 Contractor shall provide the CA with a written acknowledgement of acceptance of the order. All order deliveries shall be new Dell brand goods only. Refurbished, open boxed or other “new like” goods shall not qualify for MPD orders. C.3 Contractor shall replace damaged deliveries/goods within 10 business days of proof from the contract administrator. C.4 All manufacturer full and/or limited warranties shall be transferred or incorporated with the order.
