Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provider shall be equipped to provide services pursuant to the following core elements: a) Recovery Support Evaluation, Alcohol/drug Assessment - Evaluate and document a client’s individual recovery support service eligibility and develop a comprehensive individual recovery support plan, if a client is found eligible for, and in need of RSS. The plan shall monitor a client’s progress on the achievement of goals and objectives. If the client is in active SUD treatment, the provider shall add recovery goal(s) to the individual’s SUD Treatment Plan. The provider cannot bill for two (2) assessments simultaneously. b) Environmental Stability, Respite Supported Housing, Individual - Provide a structured and stable living environment and recovery support system that includes recovery housing for up to six (6) months. The objective of Environmental Stability is to prepare the client for independent living upon completion of the program through the use of a DBH-approved curriculum according to the client’s individual recovery goals and needs. Client shall receive RSS while enrolled in ESS. c) Psychosocial Rehabilitative Service, Education Services, Group - Provide group instruction and tools to expand client’s knowledge in specific recovery topics including relapse prevention, employment preparation, money management, health and wellness, and family reunification targeted to improve the client’s functioning for substancefree living according to their individual recovery goals and needs. d) Environmental Stability, Respite Supported Housing, Parent w/ child of the same sex. Provide a structured and stable living environment and recovery support system that includes recovery housing for up to six (6) months to a parent and child of the same sex (1 child under the age 10 yrs.). The parent shall be an adult, age 21 or older, who is currently drug and substance free. The objective of Environmental Stability is to prepare the client for independent living upon completion of the program through the use of a DBH-approved curriculum according to the client’s individual recovery goals and needs. Client shall receive RSS while enrolled in ES. e) Recovery Support Services (RSS) - Provide non-clinical services for clients in treatment or in need of supportive services to maintain their recovery.
