The Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), on behalf of the District of Columbia Fire and Emergency Services (FEMS) seeks a qualified transportation contractor to provide Transportation services for 911 callers who have been triaged by a Right Care Right Now triage nurse and referred to one of the participating alternate healthcare destination or an Emergency Room for appropriate care. The contractor will provide a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation Services (NEMT) for a specific population that have been triaged by the Nurse Triage Line (NTL) or treated in the field by DC Fire and EMS Mobile Integrated Healthcare Team. The system shall be integrated into the Global Medical Response Logis system with a bidirectional CAD/Logis information flow. The contractor shall have a sufficient fleet capable of servicing mobile and non-mobile clients 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
