DCGOV public safety and justice cluster agencies host incident management operations centers that require support from the OUC’ 911 Operations Dispatch personnel. The refreshed hardware and accessories will enable them to support stakeholders like the Metropolitan Police Department, Fire & EMS, Homeland Security & Emergency Management agency, Executive Office of the Mayor, and the City Administrator’s office, at their operations centers.
