The United States Government (USG), Department of State (DOS), has a requirement for third-party liability insurance and road assistance services for U.S. Government-owned vehicles located at the U.S. Embassy Brussels and the European Logistics Support Office in Antwerp.
The coverage will include but is not limited to:
- Third-party liability insurance for bodily injuries and property damage.
- Road assitance services, including towing, on-the-spot repairs, emergency fuel delivery, battery jump-start assistance, tire replacement, and transportation for passengers.
A full description of the required services and scope of work can be found in the attached documents.
Offer Instructions: Complete the OFFER as instructed in section L, including all blank spaces highlighted in yellow, and have the form signed by an authorized representative of your company, or the proposal may be considered unacceptable and may be rejected. In order for a proposal to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following:

Volume I: Standard Form 33 (blocks 12 to 18) and all of Section K

Volume II: Price proposal and Section B.

Volume III: Technical Proposal.

Contract: The resultant contract will be a fixed price type contract with an economic price adjustment.
Registration Requirements: All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database (https://www.sam.gov) prior to submitting an offer, pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submission of quotations/proposals.
Electronic Submission/Responses: Your quotation must be submitted electronically to BrusselsBids@state.gov. It is important to make sure the submission is made in specific size and format; Adobe Acrobat (pdf) file format. The file size must not exceed 30MB. If the file size should exceed the 2MB, the submission must be made in separate files and attached to separate emails with less than 2MB each. (ex: first email ending in “part 1 of 3” and last email ending in "part 3 of 3”)
