Specifications include, but are not limited to: C.1.1 The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (“OCFO”) for the District of Columbia (“District”) and the Office of Contracts on behalf the Office of Lottery and Charitable Games (”DC Lottery”) requires a Contractor to provide the full range of digital services including website development, design, execution, hosting, and maintenance for the DC Lottery’s websites as well as strategy and development of its social media platforms. C.1.2 The DC Lottery’s objective is to have a web platform that provides all stakeholders (Players, Retailers, Media, Public) with a seamless digital experience. This branded platform will include all external websites and will ensure that DC Lottery’s digital footprint is easy to use, reliable and accessible to all audiences, on all devices. This will not only enhance the brand and extend the influence, to core, infrequent, and prospective lottery players, but it will create persuasive value so that DC Lottery’s products stand out in this evolving era, thereby positively maintaining and impacting the financial bottom line.
