USCG does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or otherwise pay for the information requested. This request for information does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The Government is not requesting proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals in response to the notice. The notice respondents are advised that all costs associated with responding to this notice will be solely at the respondents’ expense; the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this notice. Contractors will not be precluded from participation in any future RFP for opting not to respond to this notice.
