It has come to the Contracting Department's attention that a Mr. Jeremy Martinez has been forwarding information to various vendors regarding the subject solicitation. This person is unaffiliated with the NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department and has been relaying false/incorrect information to vendors.
As per the solicitation, in order to be considered an eligible awardee for the proposed acquisition, vendors must be registered as small businesses under the following NAICS code:

The proposed contract action is for moving services to move office equipment/furniture from Building 70 to Building 44 at the Washington Navy Yard on behalf of the Naval History and Heritage Museum (NHHC) for which the Government intends to solicit and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to quoter that is most advantageous to the Government under the authority of FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be solicited as a 100% small-business set aside with concurrence from the Small Business Administration. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
