Online Fundraising Solution
1. Introduction
THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(c)(7). The Library is not seeking proposals and will not accept unsolicited proposals. This RFI is issued solely for market research to identify commercially available solutions for support. There is no solicitation at this time and no award will be made from this RFI. This RFI does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service now or in the future.
Respondents are advised that the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in the preparation or submittal of responses to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future request for proposal or quote (RFP/RFQ), if any is issued.
The Library of Congress reserves the right to cancel this Request for Information, any corresponding solicitation issued in the future or use another Government-wide contract vehicle or open market solicitation for these services.

Page Limitations: The total page count for responses should not exceed 20 pages, not including requested attachments or optional marketing materials..
Due Date: The due date for responsese to this RFI has been changed to no later than 12 PM EST on Friday, January 3rd 2025.
