Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scope · Evaluate the facility and develop daily security monitoring protocol in conjunction with Capital Planning, inclusive of emergency operating procedures · Supply to the facility, at the contracted dates and times, two fully screened, trained and uniformed security guards familiar with standard security procedures and protocols · Establish daily guard duties, which at a minimum should include: o Access Control Entrance and exit control as necessary Inspection of employees and visitors personal identification Inspection of all contractors and enforce proper sign-in & out procedure Package logging and inspection Removal of any unauthorized persons on the premises.
