ITB-13-30 - AWT Biosolids Hauling and Disposal

Summary of Specifications:
Bay County Utility Services Department Wastewater Division currently has one (1) location requiring biosolids removal: Military Point Advanced Wastewater Treatment Facility. Any disposal method(s) proposed that meets all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations will be considered. In the interest of being a good environmental steward, Bay County is hopeful that a beneficial reuse option will be cost-effective. If the beneficial reuse option complies with all Federal, State, and local guidelines, and is selected, an alternate disposal method must also be proposed for times when the beneficial method cannot be utilized.
